the room was clean and nicely decorated with everything i needed.
I found the mattress to be of poor quality. it felt very soft and uncomfortable, and it was two singles pushed together. the room faced the road and got very hot. the acoustics were bad. I was woken up several times by noise from the car park.

I really loved the attention to detail. the aroma as you entered created a cute atmosphere. the staff were genuinely helpful and quick to assist with any questions! i also appreciated the reasonably priced mini bar. It was convenient and affordable.
The soundproofing wasn't perfect. I could hear some noise from nearby bars until late.

the hotel features fine apartments hidden behind its exterior. the copper bath looked very nice. the apartment had a large kitchen area and a huge sofa bed.

the girls at checkout were very lovely they were cute and helped me a lot every detail was considered and the suite was immaculate. i noticed a jar of sweets and music was playing on arrival. the suite was a nice surprise
the mirror light in the bathroom didn't work it also wasn't repaired when i asked. the fire wouldn't light and there wasn't any guidance information. the bedroom tv wouldn't switch on

The staff was very helpful. They provided assistance with local directions.
I found the noise levels unacceptable. A nearby venue played loud music late into the night. Closing the windows did little to block the disturbance and I couldn't sleep well.

i noticed no thermostat in the room, so it was cold. the radiator wasn't on when i arrived. the window was open a little and i could not shut it

Recent reviews caused some initial hesitation. my two-night stay in this city center hotel turned out lovely. The staff, including reception and the doorman, were consistently professional. All the hotel staff were also pleasant and helpful, which I found amazing. My room, situated on the second floor, ensured a quiet environment and was spotlessly clean. I had dinner in the hotel the first night and thought the food was superb.
The view was not great. But. the room made up for it. We did not have any problems, though.

adequate but flawed
broken tvimpractical design
i had some issues . the tv in the bedroom wouldn't switch on at all. i also reported that the mirror light in the bathroom wasn't working but it was never repaired. the wet room design wasn't practical because you have to walk across the wet floor to reach the towel rail
